Train Like A Fighter
BoxingMuay ThaiJiu-jitsu
Nobody here started good. Everybody here started.
What we train for
Four pillars.
One promise.
Every session bends toward one of these. Hover a pillar to open it.
Three ways in
Three roads.
One roof.
Pick a lane — most members end up crossing over. Every road runs under the same coaches, on the same floor, at the same standard.
The Floor
Twelve bags.
One ring.
No queue.
Full-length bags on steel, a competition ring, and enough matted floor that nobody waits for a spot. Built so a class of thirty still gets to move. Hover the plan to find each area.

What members say
Came in for the cardio, stayed because I finally learned to throw a punch properly. Nobody made me feel stupid on day one.
The coaches actually watch you. I've been to gyms where you're just a body in a class — not here.
Walked in knowing nothing. A year later I actually look forward to drills. The corner sees you.
Never queued for a bag once. That sounds small until you've trained somewhere you have to.
First class · on us
Every first class is free. Tell us what you want to train and when you can get here — we'll put you on the floor with a coach the same week.
Before you come in
Questions people
actually ask
I've never trained before. Will I be lost?
No. Fundamentals classes assume you've never thrown a punch. You'll spend your first weeks on stance, footwork and defence — the same things the competitors drill.
Do I need my own gear?
Not on day one. Gloves and wraps are on loan for your first sessions. Most people buy their own once they know they're staying. For BJJ, bring a rash guard.
Will I have to spar?
Only when you choose to. Sparring is a scheduled session, not something that happens to you in a fundamentals class. Nobody gets thrown in.
Am I too old or out of shape for this?
The room runs from teenagers to people in their fifties, and the conditioning work scales to whoever shows up. Come in and pace yourself for the first month.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Monthly memberships run month to month and you can stop whenever. Drop-in rates exist for people who train irregularly.
Can I just watch a class first?
Yes. Walk in, sit by the ring, watch a full session. Most people who do that end up on the floor the following week.
